This made the check-in process quick and efficient, allowing us to get to our room and start enjoying our family vacation right away. The staff member at the reception was friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. It was a great start to our stay in Naples!
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for children.

staff :) Giuliana is very kind, helpful and warm person. She was very cooperative, patiently answered all questions, offered extended support. Location was very good, close to Central Station (incl. tourist info)
Internet connection - mostly not working. Facilities - not enough shampoos.

I´ve booked a room for 1 night, but liked it so much that stayed for 4! Flavia, with her perferct owner´s hospitality made my short vacations most comfortable and pleasant. B&B occupies the 4th floor of an old Napolitan residential building with walking accessability to the train station, Alibus (bus to/from airport) and 15 minutes from the historical part of Naples (be careful in the evening - Naples generally is not that safe during the night time, which has nothing to do with Art Suite in particular). There´s wifi in the rooms and a chinese internet-cafe 1 floor down from Art Suite, which was very convenient. If I return to Naples I will stay here again!
Everithing was great!

I recently stayed at the B&B Art Suite in Naples for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a large bed and a great shower. It was also very clean, which I always appreciate. Another plus was the convenient location, just a short walk from the main station and the airport bus. I loved my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Totally recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is located in a convenient district close to the train station. The staff provide great attention to detail, with rooms that have balconies overlooking Principe Umberto. The rooms themselves are comfortable and even have a little kitchen in a closet. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying, ensuring a great start to the day.
Although there is one aspect that could be improved, overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

The breakfast was really satisfying, though it got a bit boring after 3 mornings in a row. The staff that we have met, he was really helpful and kind.
The location is as good as it is a bit bad as well. It is in the center of Napoli, just at the train station, but this side of the city is the most noisy and full of rubbish and weird people. Tha tidiness of the room was fair, though I would have a look at the bath room and in more depth the shower for some changes that should be done in my opinion. All in all it was a great place to stay after filthy and bad mannered Hotel Ideal on the other side of Piazza Garibaldi.

The guestrooms at B&B Art Suite Principe Umberto are really comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The laptop-friendly workspace and air conditioning were a big plus for me as a business traveler. The free WiFi and safe also added to the convenience. I felt right at home!
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom a bit unnecessary, but I understand that others might appreciate it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the Napoli Centrale railway station. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and I felt safe despite being in a district that did not look safe. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies overlooking Principe Umberto, and the small but functional kitchenette in the closet was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the tiny balcony added a touch of charm. The breakfast served was delicious and fresh, making for a great start to the day.
I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything was okay.
